At Inspirah Creation, your satisfaction matters to us. Each product is created with care, and we want you to love your purchase.
Because our items are made to order, we offer replacements only for defective or damaged products.

1. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered

  • Color or placement differences due to screen variations

  • Personalized/customized designs

Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

6. Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it immediately begins processing.
We cannot guarantee cancellations after production has started, so please review your order carefully before confirming checkout.
